  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD.

    We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

    Shipping rates for domestic orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address. We work with shipping partners to find the best rates for customers, thus carrier may change order to order.

  • WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

    Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks from our base in Charlotte, NC. With the exception of personalized, made-to-order, or drop shipped products. Processing times for these products vary.

  • DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

    We apologize, at this time we are unable to offer international shipping.

  • WILL MY ENTIRE ORDER SHIP TOGETHER?

    Personalized stationery, paper or print items will ship separately from any additional items in your order. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment. You will only be charged for the shipping fee quoted during checkout.

  • CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

    Once an order is placed, it is unable to be canceled or modified.

    HOW SHOULD I REPORT A MISSING ITEM/DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

    Please report any damaged or missing items to thirtyninthyearartandpaper@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • DO YOU OFFER RETURNS or EXCHANGES?

    We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating as we can. Please feel free to contact thirtyninthyearartandpaper@gmail.com for case reviews.
